Between IP rights and antitrust law: the remedy of injunction

Judge Tamar Bazak-Rapaport has graduated the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1989. In  2009 she was appointed to the Jerusalem District Court. In this capacity she serves, inter alia, as Vice Chairman of the Anti-Trust Tribunal, which deals with issues of cartels, monopolies and mergers.
Prior to her appointment as a Judge, she served as managing partner of a leading Israeli law firm and for 20 years has specialized in the areas of anti-trust law and commercial litigation.
